Ticket Refunds

Ticket refund policy for excursions

We understand that plans can change. Below are the main rules for cancelling an excursion, rescheduling the date and refunding money.

If the client cancels the excursion

The client has the right to cancel the excursion before it starts. Refunds are made minus the actual expenses incurred related to organizing the excursion.

Such expenses may include: transport booking, guide services, museum tickets, boat tickets, payment system commissions and other expenses that have already been paid by the organizer.

Cancellation 48 hours or more in advance

If the excursion is cancelled 48 hours or more before the start, we refund 100% of the amount paid, except for already issued non-refundable tickets, hotels and other actual expenses incurred.

If the expenses for the order have already been incurred in full, the refundable amount may be 0 rubles.

Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance

If cancelled less than 48 hours before the start of the excursion, the refund amount is calculated individually taking into account the expenses already incurred.

- Up to 24 hours before the start of the excursion, 70% of the ticket price may be refunded.

- Up to 3 hours before the start of the excursion, up to 50% of the ticket price may be refunded.

- Less than 3 hours before the start of the excursion, no money is refunded.

If the organizer cancels the excursion

If the excursion is cancelled at the organizer's initiative, the client is refunded 100% of the amount paid, or, by agreement, rescheduling to another date is offered.

Museum tickets, boats and third-party services

Museum tickets, boat tickets, event admission tickets, transfers and other services arranged with third parties may be non-refundable after they are issued in ticketing systems.

If such tickets have not yet been issued, a refund or date change is possible by agreement with the organizer.

Late arrival or no-show

If the client is late for the start of the tour, the departure of the bus or boat, fails to show up for the tour, or does not manage to check in or exchange the voucher for a ticket, the service is considered unused due to the client's fault.

The bus, boat, or tour group cannot wait for a late client if this disrupts the tour schedule or the rights of other participants.

If the client is late, fails to show up, or is unable to join the tour due to their own fault, no refund is provided!

Changing the tour date

Changing the tour date is possible only upon agreement with the organizer and subject to availability.

For tours with museum tickets, boats, and third-party services, rescheduling is possible only before the relevant tickets are issued.
