Consent to the processing of personal data

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", I agree to consider my personal data as publicly available for the duration of the Agreement on the sale of a tourist product.

In the interests of fulfilling the Agreement, only the following are included in my publicly available personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; registration address; passport number identifying me, information about the date of issue and the authority that issued the passport; last name and first name as they appear in the foreign passport; year, month, day of birth; gender; foreign passport number and its validity period, contact phone number and e-mail address.

For the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement, an unlimited circle of persons may have access to my publicly available personal data, the processing of which I consent to.

I am aware and agree that my personal data may be processed by the Company in my interest by mixed (including automated) processing methods, systematized, stored, distributed and transferred using the public Internet network to third parties, including cross-border data transfer to territories of foreign states that do not provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

This Consent is valid for an indefinite period. The Consent is terminated on the basis of a written application signed by the Customer and delivered or sent by registered mail with return receipt to the Contractor and service providers. The Customer agrees to the processing of his personal data until the Customer submits an application to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
