Sea kayaking in Nha Trang

We set off on a short sea journey to Hon Che Island — the largest island in Nha Trang Bay.

This is not an ordinary island tour: we will cover part of the route ourselves on sea kayaks, exploring the bay and coastline from the water.

From Nha Trang — by speedboat

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Nha Trang and take you to the pier. From here we'll set off on a speedboat to the bay of Hon Che Island.

Already on the way, views of Nha Trang Bay, the islands and the coastline open up.

Briefing and kayak launch

On site, the instructor will explain the safety rules, show you how to steer a kayak and use the paddle correctly.

For the trip we use single and double sea kayaks. You'll receive a paddle, a life jacket and the necessary equipment.

No kayaking experience required — the route is suitable even for those getting into a kayak for the first time.

Paddling along the coast of Hon Che

The main part of the journey begins — a kayak trip around the bay of Hon Che Island.

We move along the coast at a relaxed pace. Along the way we'll see the island's green hills, rocky stretches of shore, small bays and panoramas of Nha Trang Bay.

A kayak lets you get closer to the shore and see places from a completely different angle than on a regular tour by large boat.

Swimming and relaxation

During the route we'll make stops to rest, photograph the coastline and swim in the sea.

The small-group format — up to 8 people — lets us follow the route without rushing.

Lunch and return to Nha Trang

After the active part of the program, there's lunch, drinking water and beverages.

Then we return by speedboat to the pier, where a transfer back to the hotel will be waiting for us.

The total duration of the program is about 5 hours. Boat departure — at 09:30, return to the pier — approximately at 14:30.

• We recommend bringing a swimsuit or swimming trunks, a towel, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and a change of clothes
• We recommend taking your phone or camera in a waterproof case
