GoOur address: Saint Petersburg, Vosstaniya St. 1
You will start with Gatchina - the most "natural" park among the imperial residences, where centuries-old oaks, the Silver Lake, picturesque bridges and grottoes await you. Then you will head to Pavlovsk - a universally recognized masterpiece of the Russian landscape park, whose romantic alleys descend to the winding Slavyanka River. The finale will be Tsarskoye Selo (Pushkin) - a contrast between the regular Catherine Park with its mirror ponds and the English Alexander Park with its coziness. You will see pavilions, terraces, cascades and open panoramas, enjoying the silence of the imperial gardens away from the museum bustle.
We'll start with Gatchina. We'll stroll through the landscape park with Silver Lake, water labyrinths, and grottoes. If you wish, we'll peek into the dungeons of the Gatchina Palace.
Then we'll head to Pavlovsk — one of the largest parks in Europe (almost 600 hectares). It's a true English forest with magical bridges, ponds, and statues. We'll go inside the palace, see the imperial family's chambers and authentic items.
We'll finish in Pushkin (Tsarskoye Selo). We'll walk through the Catherine Park, admire the famous palace of Empress Elizabeth Petrovna — it was under her that the park became truly royal. We'll see the results of post-war restoration.
