Demetra Art Hotel is a historic Art Nouveau hotel for those who appreciate St. Petersburg. The hotel is housed in a restored 1913 building that is a cultural heritage site. Here you will enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the Northern Capital, thoughtful service, and a convenient location in the city center, within walking distance of the Chernyshevskaya metro station. The hotel building is a former apartment house designed by architect Wilhelm Van der Gucht. The interiors carefully convey the spirit of St. Petersburg Art Nouveau, creating a special environment for guests who value history and architecture. The hotel has 58 cozy rooms, each decorated in an individual color scheme. For your comfort, orthopedic beds, a pillow menu, high-speed Wi-Fi, and 24-hour service are provided. Breakfast is served as a buffet from 07:30 to 11:00 at the "Bistrot 44" restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. The hotel has a free gym for staying guests. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed on the hotel premises. Staying with a pet is charged an additional 2,000 RUB per night. The room is additionally equipped with a bowl stand, cleaning bags, an address tag, and a bowl for food and water (upon request). Staying with larger dogs and other types of animals is possible only with prior approval from the hotel. An additional security deposit of 5,000 RUB is charged and is refunded upon check-out, provided the property is fully intact. A veterinary passport must be carried with you. The hotel does not have its own parking. You can park your car in the paid city parking lot next to the hotel.
