The "Muse of City Nevsky" hotel is located in Saint Petersburg. The SPA is closed from 29.09.26 to 08.10.26 inclusive. During this period, the hotel will carry out all necessary works: we will refresh the water in the pool, clean and dry the SPA areas, perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs. We will look forward to seeing you for moments of calm and recovery from October 9. Parking is available in the hotel's free courtyard parking lot, subject to availability, or in a paid city parking garage. Complimentary access to Muse SPA from 9:00 to 12:00 when staying from 01.10 to 30.04, or from 8:00 to 12:00 when staying from 01.05 to 30.09. After the morning visit, an additional fee applies. When booking the "Family Suite" and "Suite" rooms, access to the SPA complex is included throughout the day from 9:00 to 22:00 when staying from 01.10 to 30.04, with one entry per day and no time limit on staying, except on the morning of departure, or from 8:00 to 23:00 when staying from 01.05 to 30.09, with one entry per day and no time limit on staying, except on the morning of departure. Children under 3 years old are not allowed in the SPA complex. Children from 3 to 14 years old are allowed to visit the SPA complex from 9:00 to 18:30 when staying from 01.10 to 30.04, or from 8:00 to 18:30 when staying from 01.05 to 30.09, only in the presence of adult guests. The Muse of City restaurant and room service operate until 23:00 (kitchen until 22:30). An additional service is available in the room for renting Virtual Reality Glasses. On weekends from 17:00 to 18:00, a tea ceremony is held free of charge for hotel guests. According to Government Decree No. 1853 of 18.11.2020 (clause 18), to check into the hotel with a minor and without being their legal representative, written consent from one of the parents with a copy of that parent's passport is required. Notarization is not required. Accommodation with one pet is allowed in Standard and Superior rooms (weighing up to 5 kg or with a dog height at the withers of no more than 50 cm), subject to payment for additional room cleaning – 3,000 rubles per day and upon presentation of the animal's veterinary passport. The deposit for the period of stay with an animal in one room is 10,000 rubles and is arranged at check-in.
